Kregel pottery is "Made in Texas" with original designs developed over many years. We make pottery candlesticks, oil lamps, place settings, serving dishes and center pieces. Our designs have been used as center pieces at dinner shows and we make a line of beautiful white ceramic goblets, mugs, plates, platters, and pottery candlesticks for weddings. We use mostly colored clay and clear glazes in our work which allow us to create intricate designs and textures in the surfaces. All of our pottery is food safe and only non-toxic glazes are used in the final firing processes. Because our pottery is hand-made and not made from a mold, no two pieces are exactly identical, but we work hard to produce lines that are consistent so that you can purchase additional pieces over the years and they will match your existing Kregel Pottery pieces. The American Flag Clock is made the same way and includes the clock movement and battery. The American Flag Platter has stenciled stars to provide a flat surface. Rutile Blue candlesticks with lace pattern. Rutile Blue glaze is an interesting glaze that is purplish-brown with pools of blue where the glaze is thicker. Each hand-made pottery Chip and Dip tray is a
mix of rolled (slab) clay and wheel-thrown platters. They are impressed
with a lace design and then hand
painted with colored slips before being glazed in clear glaze. Each
piece is food safe and can also be put in the dishwasher. These are
heavy and can take a little "banging around" in the kitchen.

We make these in 2 different sizes in 4 different stock colors: blue/white, purple/white, green/white, and solid white.
