Ordering Information

If the items says "In Stock" then we can ship immediately.  If an item is out of stock, it may take us about 4 weeks to complete an order.  Because Kregel Pottery is hand crafted no two are exactly alike.  Therefore the variations of color, texture, and shape lend to the artistic nature of this pottery and should by no means be considered defective.

Payment Information

We use PayPal for all credit card purchases. PayPal payments can be made to Sales@KregelPottery.com . You may use your credit card through PayPal with no fees to you. We also take personal checks and U.S. Postal money orders. Personal checks are held until cleared and then the items are shipped. Shipping Time

We ship either by UPS or by U.S. Postal Service, depending on the package. If you have a specific shipping request, we will honor that. It may take us 4 weeks to fill a specific order, and UPS Ground takes about 4 to 5 days to reach most locations within the contiguous United States.  All orders will be shipped ASAP unless a ship date is requested.  Though we always try to honor a requested shipping date, we cannot guarantee it.  Products are generally made to order so delivery time will vary.  

Packaging and Shipping Charges

Each item is individually wrapped before shipping. We may ship your order in more than 1 box or package. We will contact you via email as soon as your package leaves our studio.  Most packages are shipped UPS ground. Books, dvds, candles, tools,  and small items may be mailed by U.S. Postal Service.

Books, dvds, tools, candles  -   4.95 / small package. Books go by media mail

Order total $20.00 - $50.00 =  11.50 shipping

Order total $51.00 - $100.00 = 13.50 shipping

Order total > 100.00 = 15% of order for shipping

For example, if your order is 250.00, your total packaging and shipping cost (in Continental U.S.) would be 37.50

Damages and Returns

1.  Should breakage occur during shipping, Kregel Pottery must be notified immediately.  All merchandise must remain in original packing material.   All claims must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Please take pictures of the damaged item and any damage on the shipping box. This will help us with our claim against the shipping company. 

2.  Contact us first before sending back any items.  Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Wholesale Orders

Some of our items are available for wholesale customers with a minimum purchase and a valid retail tax certificate.  Shipping of wholesale orders is to a business only. Please contact us for details.

Our work is not available for consignment sales.

Taxes

We charge local Dallas, Texas, resale taxes on all items other than wholesale purchases.
